Media Monopoly

What it is:

Media Monopoly is a term used to describe when the media is owned and controlled by a few large corporations. This means that all the larger companies have control of what the smaller companies can do or say which causes lots of conspiracys from the public. They think that because these larger groups have the most power they are controlling what you can see on TV, what you can hear on the radio and what you read in newspapers, magazines and books.
